I have been studying t'ai chi, qigong and how to move energy since 1979. After being treated with CranioSacral therapy for whiplash following a car accident, I began to study CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Acupressure and Zero Balancing and am certified in CranioSacral Therapy by the Upledger Institute. Since 2001 I have been using EFT with my clients and students for a variety of issues and have found it to be another powerful tool. I am certified (EFTCert-II) by Gary Craig, the founder of EFT.
These techniques mesh perfectly with my ability to move energy into and out of my clients' bodies, allowing me to blend my skills as needed for each person's optimum benefit.
My practice in Coupeville, Washington, on Whidbey Island, is conveniently accessible from all parts of the island.
I continue to study EFT and bodywork techniques as well as t'ai chi and qigong and teach classes and occasional one- or two-day workshops in t'ai chi or EFT.
